i feel stipid for even asking but is piston 1 still on the far right if your standing in front of your car or is left since the k is turned 180 ?

Looking at ur engine i belive piston 1 is the one closest to the cams.

it stupid it just threw me off a bit cuz the engin is turned 180 on the k. bs and and ds are always far right but thats also closest to the cams so it would make sens but its just wiered cuz cams are on the left side so now piston 1 is fist one on the left

The technical term would be "camshaft gears" since the camshafts already run across all 4 pistons.

Rule of thumb for all inline engines:

The first piston is always the one on the side of the engine with the crankshaft pulley.
