It sounds like it might be your primary sensor I would get that checked out

did you unplug your o2 sensors when installing it? if you paid someone to do the work bring it back, they fucked up a sensor

Ok just checked both sensors and there tight and plugged in and seem ok is it possible the exhaust is throwing it? Or did I just happen to lose it now

Thats an o2 sensor code bank 1. just because there on there tight does not mean the wires did not got messed up during installation to give a correct fuel ratio reading. If you have a cat i would not see why that exhaust would be throwing a cell. Sounds like an o2 sensor issue or maybe a fuse issue. per link http://www.obd-codes.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7628

I installed an exhaust a while back, and I was very careful not to damage the sensors when I removed them. When I got it all back together, I couldn't get the primary o2 to work anymore. I tried everything, reinstalled it a few times. I ended up just buying a new sensor and that solved the problem.

So even if you are careful, those sensors can be easy to break.
