gear syncro replacement cost?

Yes yes, my 2nd to 3rd gear syncro is shit. I did a tranny flush and still sucks. I found a nice carbon synco mesh for $300, im wondering what should i pay if i take this to a transmission shop to have put in?

Carbon coated syncros are a waste of money in my opinion, all the are is Oem syncros with a coating. Bring it to a trust worthy transmission shop and have them take a look at the trany b4 u buy parts. It may also need a 1/2 or 3/4 sleeve and gear set. Never know untill its apart.
