Body Damage Help

need some help guys. i was coming home on 95 and hit a tread from a trucker...couldnt avoid it. I got off the next exit and saw my bumper on the drives side below the quaterpanel was loose. i tried to put it back in, and the clips hold but as soon as i start driving again it comes loose.

any ideas on how to fix it?

you should snap a few pics. I am not sure if your saying your front lip is hanging, your bumper, or your sideskirt... Maybe you broke a bracket and even though your saying that the clips went back in, if a bracket is busted, it doesnt matter... Obviously you tweaked something.
