I think with that huge of a wheel, you might be better or with Pro Kits or something.

I have progress its a 1.8 drop f and 1.5 r.225 45 17 tires will rub on bumps for me so i would imagine theyyll rub for you.215 40 tires give me between an inch and inch and a half gap. Progress might be a little too low for you. S techs are 1.5inch drop all the way around. I would stay away fron anything over 1.5 drop

Holy, you brought 4x4 to a whole new level. Springs only lower your car 1-2" and 225/40 are really low profile for 18" wheels and since oem wheels are 15/16", you will only lower your car to a bit lower than stock.

Yea it is a 4x4. And tthe s techs are 1.5 inch drop, 225 40 isnt super low profile. The width to sidewall ratio is higher.theres a big differance between a 225 45 tire and 215 45 tire. The height fron the bottom of his car to the ground might be a little lower than stock but the wheel gap will pretty much be gone.

i have right at 1.8-1.9 inch gap right now...and my tires are also completely bald, so i think the s techs will be fine....it was already between those 2....also that is the closest to stock overall tire size with 18's....so know before the speak please......225/35ZR18 is exact size but tire in that size are way more expensive and could not afford them when i got the wheels

this is what i see my options as...and it looks like the 35's are gonna be alot more and the ride on 40's is already horrible so gonna stay with them....still think the tein will be ok?

Dat low profile tire makes it look real low.

i had them on for a month but bought them used so most of the wear is from previous owner but they work perfectly fine and yes they are in good condition just with normal wear and tear.
