people say stage 2 is just not worth it for an ep3

my performance plans are gettn a k24a2 and keep my 5 speed tranny
later on id get a supercharger

with this setup i want i wanna get the best clutch setup i could have

idk but maybe ill be looking at round 300 whp

which clutch should i get?

did some research and found some stage 1's

found a site selling all this exedy clutches

also found a stage 2 clutch for almost the same price

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Competition-Clutch-Acura-RSX-Stage-2-K20-K24-K-Series-EP3-FG-K20Z-Civic-/330698401032?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4cff292508&vxp=mtr

or maybe a stage 2 clutch is too much for a stock A3??

If your clutch is slipping now and your build will not be completed within, say a year or so, a good stage 2 should carry over well enough. My A2 swap came with a very aggressive stage 2 clutch, very heavy clutch pedal. It was a workout driving the car. It engaged very smoothly, never slipped, just the pedal was stiff as hell. I replaced that with a Competition Clutch stage 1, and let me tell you, night and day difference. The pedal is now a bit firmer than stock, clutch has yet to slip, BUT it is a sprung puck style disc. Take off requires a little more throttle and she will get grabby on light throttle take offs. I'm sure the 9lb flywheel has a bit to do with that.

Of course, I could be wrong about everything so take my opinions with a grain of salt.
I feel the need lately to end my posts with a personal use disclosure.
