There are some good write ups over on Honda tech, or you could get a service manual to assist you. However, and I'm not trying to be a dick, if you need to ask how to change brake pads I would recommend having someone who knows what they are doing perform the work while you supervise and help as needed.

Haha dude i was in the same boat. Its actually really simple my last car i did my rear pads. But the ep i did f and r and the last few weeks ive takin my brakes apart so many times its super easy. Im sure there is a guide. If i remember correctly its 2 bolts and the caliper comes off. And the pads slide out. Just dont let the caliper hand by the brake like. And u will need a c clamp or brake piston compressor for the front brakes. Make sure you grease the slidrs where the pads go in. And the pins the bolts go in.

Heres a step by step guide..

Step 1 Remove the wheel
Step 2 Loosen the 2 12mm bolts on the back of the caliper
step 3 Remove old pads
Step 4 Remove cap on brake master cylinder
step 5 Push the piston back into the caliper with a tool u can by at any autoparts store ( for the rear the piston turns as it mooves in the caliper)
Step 6 Install brake pads ( the one with the signal goes on the back i believe)
Step 7 Tighten the 12mm bolts and install wheel
Step 8 MAKE SURE TO PUMP THE BRAKES TO SET THE PADS (also install cap on master cylinder)
