Is there a cross ref. for NGK IZFR611 ?

Will this fit it: NGK R5671A9 (5238) ?

TIA!

How do you like the NX kit? Ran it at the track yet? Post some pics of your car. It sounds sweet. Welcome to the board!

Thanks, Haven't run the car with nitrous yet, but with I/E it ran a:

Carppy RT: .6962
60 FT: 2.4461
330 FT: 6.7083
1/8 ET: 10.2097
1/8 MPH: 70.09
1000 ET:13.2258
1/4 ET: 15.7852
1/4 MPH: 87.94

That was on a hot day over 100f, asphalt was hotter, full interior (nothing taken out) ran with the 17's. Only could launch at 2500RPM due to wheel hop from the tires and rims. I did launch at 4000 RPM and got wheel hop for the first 60FT hahaha, vibrated the hell outta the car!

I haven't finished installing the NX kit yet, been working to much. I'm gonna finish it wednesday thou.

I will have pics up by next week, hopefully.

I didn't think the by-pass valve would fit our cars with the AEM CAI. That's what I've heard anyways....

AEM's CAI is 3", you can get 3" by-pass valve and mount it on the throttle body then to CAI (after cutting it an inch) or down by the valve cover breather inlet on the CAI(after cutting it an inch out of that mid section). But remember it only works when the inlet of the CAI is submerged.

I'm gonna take the BPV off, heard that with nitrous, it will fall apart or something.

Oh, having the BPV installed at throttle body you get heat from radiator and upper radiator hose, and having it down by the valve cover breather inlet you get heat from only the radiator, hence some power loss due to heat inlet versus having strait air from the bumper cavity.

Now back to my original question, anyone?

Okay in case you didnt notice or haven't checked the 2003 Si comes with NGK Iridium spark plugs... stock! I don't know about the 04 or 02.

I know this because I installed a set of Denso Iridium plugs and nology hotwires recently. I've never had my plugs changed before that.

Just some info :)

Yes, I was going to swap my plugs when I did the A2 head swap. I found that they were in great shape and just brushed em up and put them back in. Our stock plugs are the shit! I know of a few swaps that claimed better gains, yet fell flat on their face on the dyno, Joey (JSIR) can attest to the lacluster performance of going to aftermarket plugs.;)

Like a fine wine, some things are better when revisited. Deja vu all over again!;)
