clutch or something is bad...

i have an 03 honda civic si and it doesnt want to go in or out of gear. If i get it in gear (by forcing it) the clutch feels fine..no slipping or whatever. But theres like a steady grinding noise when the clutch is depressed or releasing and trying to accelerate. Any ideas? Sound like my clutch master cylinder is borked?

TThe grinding is in all the gears? Sounds like the throwout bearing. Basically you need to just replace the whole clutch which you're at it. You can get a stage 1 exedy clutch at NAPA. It's an OEM replacement.
