I was looking to change out the OEM header with a Jackson Racing header, I've found one but it's for a RSX, does anyone know if it will fit the ep3 or will there be rubbing issues with the front sway bar? The seller isn't very personable :(

It looks like all the old F/S threads on CEP3 say that it fits.
For example: http://forums.clubep3.com/showthread.php?t=625078
its a few years old though

base RSX or RSX-S? If RSX-S, I do believe you need to run an RSX-S specific midpipe or modify your current midpipe to bolt up the header. I know this is the case if you run a DCRH for a RSX-S on an EP3. Not 100% sure if it applies to the Jackson Racing manifold as well.

I have an OBX 4-2-1 RH from a Type-S and it fits just fine. I have a type-s midpipe though. I would recommend motor mount inserts or the movement from the engine will cause the RH to hit the sway bar and/or damage the header itself

The Jackson Racing headers are the same as others regarding type-s vs. ep3. As stated you will need a type-s b pipe, or take a ep3 spec exhaust somewhere to have it shortened and rewelded at the flange. This is due to the rsx exhaust being shorter with a longer dowpipe.
