Mine do not. Then again I have an 02 with the OEM 04-05 conversion ha ha. I have always liked how the high beams look.

soquel1, I'm in the same boat as you with my 03, I've got another thread where I will be talking more about seeing it it's possible to get it to work like it should.

I actually like the way they look ha ha. But I rarely use them. My lows are fairly bright, people flash me frequently lol.
