Need help with head internals

Sup guys. Really need some help cause I'm stuck on something.

I purchase a bare cylinder head with plans to give it a mild port and polish. Well, it came without the towers, or the lobes.
Should I reuse the towers and rollers? Or should I buy new?

Don't know if you've priced then out but the rockers are very expensive. Re-use what you have.
