depends what you're buying. every place has the best deal on something.

corsportusa.com has good deals right now
rockauto.com for steering parts is good

I agree with Ally, depends on what you are looking for... from what I found kseriesparts.com have some of the best prices that I have seen. I also order stuff off of corsport, ebay, and I can find some good things off of craigslist as well.

For shopping in general a lot of the time I'll use google's shopping search function and sort by free shipping, price, vendor rating, etc. I also search it on Amazon... I've had marvelous customer service experiences with Amazon vendors and they can easily save you 20% or so on name brand parts.

I used to buy parts from corsport. I thought their prices were reasonable, specially with holiday deals round the corner.

Corsport has amazing customer service, andysautosport is good for carbonfiber. Hondapartsdeals.com is the best for oem parts. Clubep3 or clubrsx has good suspension prices. Just look around.

Also look for group buys on here. I noticed there are a lot and usually the prices begin to fraction what you would pay elsewhere.
