I know this has been discussed a bunch of times but here are the tools i have tryed

http://www.harborfreight.com/3-4-quarter-inch-forged-ball-point-joint-separator-99849.html

^ this one the bolt completely bent.

http://www.amazon.com/KD-Tool-Universal-Joint-Separator/dp/B003YVWHOE

^ threads completely striped out.

I have also tryed all kinds of pickle forks and keep in mind its on jacks so I really couldnt get a good swinging motion with a hammer under the ball joint.

Any advice would be great

not as easy cause our knuckle is shapped different... who ever presses in your new RCAs should take the old ones out at no extra cost..to my knowledge. to much banging may crack your knuckle. Heat also may stretch out the hole.

my advice, save the headache and time and take the whole thing to the shop thats going to press them in any ways.

I have had a lot of success using the loaner tool from Autozone. The giant C-clamp looking one. It has worked on all my cars.

Post a link for it. Personally I would rather buy it. =)

Yeah, lower ball joints suck to do. i used the second tool you posted up. i tightened it down so it was really snug, then hit the arm with a hammer a couple times. then i tightened it down some more and hit it a couple times some more. did it a couple times and it popped out. hope you get those ball joints off
