long story short i was getting sick of my boosted k20a3 , it made decent numbers 260hp 220tq. it just wasnt cutting it for me. my buddy manny had a k20a2 laying around with a k20z1 transmission to go along with it, 1800$ later they were mine. i cleaned and preped the motor and trans to go into the car wire wheeled them and got them looking new. i brought my transmission to my buddy kjbuilt who put in an mfactory lsd and a new first and second gear set. let me tell you the transmission shifts like butter. after getting my motor and transmission figured out it was time for the the power adder AKA turbo! i looked and looked and decided to go with a precision 6262 , the manifold to complete my setup is a plm sidewinder manifold with down pipe. im probably boring you guys already so here are some pictures before the swap and after and up till this day , if you have any questions about the setup feel free to ask im not here to hind information from anyone . opinions are allowed so let me know what you think.

shortly after sold the xxr 521's and picked up a set of bbs rs's 17x8.5 +43 offset for 500$ with a little catch 6 cracked barrels 800$ they were fixed and ready to roll on

took a little bit to get the old a3 out but managed to come out and the a2 ready to go in

the a2 in its new home , looks like a rats nest but a well needed wire tuck was already in order

brought the car to my buddy seamus who is a monster a fabricating , he did the intercooler piping, fuel return setup, exhaust, and tucked my bay it looks TITS

by this point im skipping so much happening with the car but hope you guys get the point so far
now got the car home and tear it apart yet again, but this time for some stopping power thanks to the full dc5r suspension and brake setup

then to top it off bought some new shoes more ow-33 17x8.5 +35 offset trying to start 2013 with a totally different look and feel

got an ingals camber kit for free because my buddy couldnt get the adjuster sleeve free, so i brought them to work and freed them up

got some buddy club seats for 400$ one new and one sat in a few times

saw some transmission fluid pissing out so brought it to my buddy kyles shop aka kjbuilt and found the outpust seal ripped so new one installed and shes leak free and ready for a tune

Found some minor things wrong with the car so it's taken apart for the 3rd time

The heat wrap wasn't cutting it for me so the manifold , down pipe , dumptube , and exhaust housing for the turbo are getting coated with black ceramic

Car is getting fuse box tuck and some wires reloomed, heater core hoses redone in black nylon hose along with the turbo drain , skunk2 74mm tb , ktuned shifter bushings , catch can setup , manifold is going to get bored out to 74mm , manual boost controller setup ran inside the car , push lock fittings , and more
skipped alot of details and build points , hopefully i got my point across
thanks to everyone that has helped me put this car together , wouldnt be where it is today with all the knowledge that went into getting the car to where it is today. i will be updating this thread as i go
