Not my style, if it was silver it would be better. But it would be MUCH better there was a monitor there, it would fill out the vastness of the red.

Thank to all.

To fill the hole I first backet it tih cardboard that I Gooped into place. Then I Gooped and screwed some small sections of a paint mixing stick to that. And finaly I filled the rest in with Bondo. After that I sanded the Bondo down smooth.( took me 2 weeks to do that). After that I primed it, then sanded it. Then I painted it with the SUV paint, and sanded it. Then I painted with final color, and sanded it. After that I used 1500 grit sand paper, followed by polishing compouned (3 times), and finally I used 4 coats of Maguiers car wax (good stuff that wax). In total it took me 3 1/2 weeks to get it done.

Paint used...

1 can 0f primer.
1 can of Dupli Color suv red paint.(its thick so it fills small holes)
Half a can of plasti-kote Ultra Enamel.

Is the Bondo you used made for filling holes in the car body?

I'm not a fan of the color, but the look is good.

I really like what you've done. I've been looking to do this since i got my si, and was afraid of the outcome as well. After seeing your work, I gotta say you did a hell of a job! I think I will be doing this soon. Thanks for the pic.
