Leaking coolant - connecting pipe part #?

I'm leaking coolant from the connecting pipe that connects to both the water outlet and the heater section that connects to the valve cover. Somehow the pipe has a hole. Any idea of what the part number is so I can buy a new one? If anyone has the EP3 manual it's on page 10-3.
