Is this a custom color? Looks like a darker euro yellow

Looks like a greenish yellow like an army green almost

Thank you sir! Funny thing is I've seen that color on Wranglers all the time but wouldn't have never made the connection myself. I would think it's euro-yellow with a coat of candy black
