In a week or two ill be ordering my new 16x8 rpf1's with +38 offset. But I want to run the wilwood bbk. 12.19 inch rotors and 4 pot calipers.

Wilwood does say you need at keast a 16 inch rin but I've read that some people have problems with bbk's and rpf1's so I'm kind of nervous and hesitant on this purchase.

Will they clear the bbk?

People have had to shave down bbk running 17 inch rpf1s.... Then again I've seen the wilwood on rsx with stock 16s.

Why not go 17s?

I'm 4 lug and want to run 225's. Plus the 16's are lighter. Do you think I could get away running a small spacer?

I would email enkie and wilwood. That would be the safe bet. Get the inside barrel diam and give it to wilwood. 17s are only 15lbs ; )

the 16s may be lighter but you'll need more tire weight to fill the wheel wells properly so its a pretty even trade.

222/45R17 and 225/50R16 star specs both weigh 24lbs. I know there's someone on here or clubep3 running 16x7 +40 rota torques with the wilwood BBK and he clears them just fine.

I'm actually going 225/45 zii's. but anywho emailing the two companies does seem like a good bet. And poetics advice is a nice reassurance haha

Ok so I did a bit more reading on some sites it says the wilwood bbk may clear some 15 yes 15 inch wheels.
