In need of some advice.

[White EP3]

I'm unfortunately leaving out this Monday for Army basic training and with the money I earn from that I plan on buying some sort of deep dish wheels for my civic. I own a '04 White Ep3, the problem is I cant decide which brand to go with, im leaning towards a gold deep dish with chrome lip but not wanting to spend over $1300 on wheels. Im wanting to camber it and make her squat to the ground a little more and preferably an inset rim.

Any idea's or opinions and comments are gladly accepted.
