Video: Rough/heavy idle and abnormal belt sound in replacement k20a3

Engine died so i had a k20a3 replacement put int (original thread here: http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?72932-P2646-knocking-sound-dead-ep3).

No engine codes. Once I'm accelerating or up to cruising speed everything smooths out and drives great.

Thoughts??

Quick bump.

I'm replacing the belt here in about an hour. What about that idle, any guesses?

Rog. I replaced the idle and tensioner pulley during the belt change since they were still original. That cleaned up some noise.

Triple-checked for vacuum leaks. I think you're right on the valve adjustment.

I just got the feeler gauges in so I'll be doing this tomorrow. I'll get an after video up for posterity.

I was gonna say, the squeal from the belt sounds like the idler pulley going bad. Post a new vid of the idle if possible.
