Been running a warmed over A2 for a few years. Wish I could compare it to a warmed over K24 though.
Something tells me a punched out A2 based K22 or even K23 would be butter...
Working on it...

Why?

exactly what i was thinking? do you wanna rev the piss outta your engine? it seems like a step back to me but then again i havent driven my swapped car yet. it just seems people with k20a2 swap for a k24/k20 and dont regret it at all. i wouldnt.

My own car evolution from 2009 to now:

Stock K20A3-->Bolt-on K20A3 tuned w/KPro-->K20A3 GReddy turbo ~250whp-->K20Z3 w/Built+cams+ported K20A2 head ~240whp---> (In Progress) Sidewinder GT3582R Turbo build

I will admit that my last iteration was the MOST fun I've had with the car and that the better K20 feels right at home in the EP3. I haven't driven a K24'd EP3 or RSX yet to compare but I can say from the A3 to my N/A K20 the night and day comparison cannot be more exagerrated.

And who doesn't love revving the engine past 8k and you have to shift when the needle reaches over into the MPH section LOL!

Would love to see some updates on your rides page. Do you have to change any of the existing na K20Z3 build?

There is no replacement for displacement... K20's piston speed at 9k are the same on the k24 around 7k so there's no need to rev it high.

Driving my swap k24a2 and wow i love the power. The torque I feel in the lower revs is awesome.
