what offset do you plan on running those wheels?

if its higher then +20 you may hit on the coil. i had this problem i had to run a spacer and raise the car up.

you need a stretch tires and negative camber. I personally would suggest you to run 17x8 with +25 offset.

Why not 17x9?

2 possible answers. Unless you are cranking out serious power levels that require the use of a more effective contact patch, you have a good inch to inch and a half of wasted wheel running some dumb stretch fitment...
2) you want to be one of the stance-tards with your wheels sticking out 2", caved in with camber, running way small tires and crappy body mods to "try" and make it all work.
Different strokes for different folks and all that...besides, I'm not judging.
Pretty much any coilover us capable of a 2" to 2.5" drop. They can run so for a decent life span. Its when you go lower than that that the struts tend to blow out sooner. That is something to consider.
Now, my coilover of preference is my Tein Super Streets. I love these coils running them on 2 of my 3 cars. But they do not like riding too low. The fronts will blow before the rears from what I have noticed. To this end, I looked around and found the Function and Form Type 2's. this particular coilover has seperated lowering/shortening of the strut from the spring seat. By this I mean the strut is essentially 2 pieces. The casing that bolts to the hub/control arm and the upper part that bolts into the strut tower. This is what you are looking for in a coilover. You can run at lower heights without minimizing the stroke on the shock absorber.
I will note that while the dampening sucks on these particlar coils they ride well enough, can get you crazy low, and handled a few trips out to the hill country without affecting my driving style all that much. A little more body roll, slightly longer drift but overall, capable. The shocks are just not well suited to the springs.

Ok so it's between Megan or function and form. Now the question is I know I would have to roll my fenders but which spacers should I get? Plus I dint want crazy tilt that some have on the back wheels. Would it be ok to do like 17x9 in the front with a +20 offset and 17x8 in the back with +25 offset?

Spacers ? really ? You dont want to use spacers. You will fuck your fenders with x9 and spacers combo. No need for spacers. You already have enough stance with wheels.

I mentioned spacer because the rims are 17x9+20. I thought they might hit the CoilOvers

Nah you diffinitly don't need spacers.. Those rims already sit flush with the body but you'll needa stretch the tires so it will clear the fenders.. Mial has 17x9 +20 rpf1 and I think he running 215/45 iirc.

And the crazy tilt is called negative camber LOL

Would I get alot of negative Chamber?

Nah I say -3 at the most but you can zero everything out and just drop it right above the tire if you don't like camber wear

You have to understand.. With that low of an offset you cant run beefy tires.. 17x9 +35 is perfect and you can run really fat tires and it would sit flush with the body.

17x9 + 25 you will poke. And from what it looks like you wanna do is stance so you'll have to stretch the tires so the tires would tuck under the fender while the rim is flush with the panel.. But if I rubs, you either have to stretch the tires more or do more negative camber.

Hope this helps
