View Full Version : Anyone have a how-to replace serpentine belt

it's 4-20 and 4-26 in the helms.

You need a 14mm wrench to turn the bolt on the autotensioner clockwise (this releases the tension on the belt). Then you just wrap the belt as shown on page 4-20

It makes its much easier if you take off the passenger side wheel and the liners by the crank/belt.

Finally, because they haven't been broken in yet, leather belts might seem a lot tighter when you first get them, but this will improve over time.
