What's good price to pay for full 5 lug swap is 450 that's with shipping good price

You can probably piece it together for about the same cost with new components. If you are satisfied with the current braking on your car, complete RSX base spindles (with rotors only) run about $250 locally.
You save money on axles which (unless making lots of power) you dont need. My stock axles are handling 215+ horses just fine.
At this point you can piece up a Type S brake upgrade using either Type S or S2000 front calipers and new rotors. The calipers sell on Ebay for about $70 all day and new Type S blanks are something like $80 a pair.
My 5 lug ran my just over $500. BUT that includes new front wheel bearings, tie rod ends, ball joints, rotors (f and r) and $50 in labor for the machinist to push and press the bearings, ball joints and a couple wheel studs. Just something to think about.

Its 350 but shipping 100 complete with brake cables ebrake hubs and all just asking

Yeah, thats about right. Actually thats a not bad price. There are some places that sell a five lug for over $500 plus shipping. I say go for it.
