Reposted in short form from an old, pre-crash thread
If you have a creaking sound coming from your rear camber arms, you will hear it when going over bumps. Speed bumps are especially helpful to diagnose by isolating the front/rear location of the issue.
For my camber arms, from field who adjusted them used a torch to unseize them to adjust on my car. The torch melted a little bit of a bushing, allowed some moisture and dirt to get in and ... creaking in the rotational portion of the unit.
The sound could also be a spring or shock issue but unbolting the camber arm and moving it up and down should confirm your suspicions.
Here you can see my camber arm with some melting of the rubber where the threads end

Remove the retaining washers or pieces that secure the shaft and remove it

Here you can see the grime that built up causing the sounds. Make sure to clean this garbage out before proceeding.

Get a bicycle inner tube and make something like the attached piece

Place the inner tube over the end

Fill 'er up with a satisfactory grease. Keep in mind that greases that are more petroleum based, will eat away at the rubber. I used the green grease and it lasted for years.

Place the shaft back and in and secure it with the retainer

Don't worry, grease won't drip out.

Throw that crap back on your car. One note...see how the inner tube is pinched on the right and left? Try to trim yours so it is not pinched like that otherwise the inner tube will tear before too long...however, mine tore and I never replaced it. (installed 7 years ago and still working fine)
