I know this topic has been covered a decent amount, but I can't find anything straight to the point of what I need. So...my motor mounts are blown. It's pretty obvious. The engine will torque forward and backward a solid 2-3 inches. I'm just wondering if ESMM inserts will solve this, or if I'm better off going with AVID mounts. I just know the AVIDs don't come with the front mount, and the ESMM is only the front and rear. If $30 ESMM's will solve my problems I'd much rather go that route than $300 AVID's.

Yea it would. But I would get some used mounts that's in good condition and put the ESMM in since I'm anal..

I have a habit of over building just incase for future mods. I'd do the avids.

Hmmm alright. Anyone know if both the ESMM and Avids are the same for EP3's and RSX's?

Have used the ES inserts and currently running Innovative 60A's. The inserts are a great, inexpensive fix. Proper mounts though are the shizzzz...

If you want I still have a left over brand new black avid passenger mount that is 75A that I never got to use. I had the 60A all around and was looking to go higher but never had the chance to as I sold me EP3. PM me if u want it.

i have the avid mounts, and i always think about going back to stock just for the vibrations, i found a really good deal on a set but they were 75a. but even before the avid mounts just had the esmm and they seemed to be just fine, i honestly think the over building thing isnt the best idea, if i had a turbo and twice the power the avids would be worth it,
