Whinnying noise comming from driver side

As the title says, it's a hi-pitched whinnying noise coming from the driver side wheel area around 1500 RPM's. any ideas where to start looking? Is it possible it's my throw out bearing? It seems to go away when I push the clutch in. Also my throw out bearing has been giving me problem. It sticks every once in awhile and my
Clutch rattles. Thanks in advance

when my b16 eg throw out bearing went out it made noises similar to what your describing and then it just seized up after a few days.
