Ep3 Freak

Looking for some advice on my ep3. I just replaced the timing chain and tensioner and the guides along with my water pump. Now I got it put all back together and it won't start. It's misfiring on cylinders 2, 3, and 4. I even checked for spark and it's only sparking on the 1st cylinder. I've even replaced the plugs. Prior to replacing all of this my car was hesitating. Felt like my timing was way off but it started up fine every time. I've taken off the timing cover and adjusted the chain at least 3 times now and still nothing. I've triple checked all the lines and made sure it's TDC. Could it possibly be the crankshaft position sensor? Any help is much appreciated.
