It's quite apparent that you guys don't know how to properly install and adjust coilovers. This bothers me because its unsafe, and could cause you to blow you dampers prematurely, and at the least cause alignment and handling problems.

Get these and put them UNDER the springs up front. Dont grease them. Don't order the QA1 versions either. They suck and are made of steel. You want the aluminum eibach ones for your aluminum coilovers. These will prevent you from TORSION BIND (the resistance of spring twisting, COIL BIND is when the COIL of the springs TOUCH each other from being compressed all the way), one of, if not, the main/only cause of "steering rack creak" (your oem strut has a plastic version of these on the top.)

You need to set up your coils like this before you adjust the height. This is the PRELOAD. If its too tight, your car will rebound and bounce making them feel very stiff(assuming both left and right sides are equally preloaded) or if they are too loose, you will just bounce around OFF the spring making it feel like you have blown dampers, and then actually blowing your dampers. The ONLY time you can adjust the spring preload is to fine tune your corner weights with a scale.

Then this is how you adjust the height. Follow his directions all the way through.
