Ep3r same as Dc5r knuckles ?

Ok so I have my ctr brake conversion, and I also have the dc5R front lower control arms and sway bar.
My question is that before I go and buy the kings Motorsports sleeve inserts. I need to replace the ball joints, so can I buy a set of dc5r ball joints(or 05-06 rsx-s) and install them in the ctr knuckles ?

I think the dc5 r ball joints are different entirely... Ill hit up my boy he has em.

Thanks for the help. Hope someone here knows. I took the front knuckles to have the ball joints pressed out, calipers have been sent to powder coating and rebuilding, front lower control arms are getting sandblasted along with the rear trailing arms
