k24a2 swap (30000 miles on it) 2800 is this a good price?

this includes:
tsx long block (05-06 model)
installation with (wire tuck) and with fluids
kpro with tuning (tuning 1.5 hour)
plm headers

ill be keeping my stock tranny (recently rebuilt) but will swap for a 6 six speed lsd later on.

my mechanic says i will get 215whp.. reliable abusive power with stock tranny

what i have on my stock motor:
injen intake
t1r midpipe
megan axleback (dual tip)

let me know what you think.

It's not a bad price. My main concern would be whether or not he's a reliable installer/tuner. I have seen some hack-job installs by 'professionals'. How extensive of a wire tuck? Just relocation stuff or actual cut/extend/solder?

Also, I think you're gonna want the VIN to confirm the year of the motor along with the block's history. 04-05 vs 06-08. 06-08 is the more desirable k24a2.

installed?
not a bad price at all.
do you have kpro?
gonna need it, to make anything close to 200 whp.
if he squeezes 215 whp out of it, I will be impressed.

if you want 500 whp, sure.

I have found 210 whp to be more than enough.

but, $2,800.00 for everything is a sweet deal.
you will love the new you.

Yea he said with the k20a2 he can make it go 600hp and still be safe.. Which sounds sooo tempting... Haha but he said go all motor..

when you start going forced induction, you lose the reliability.
