Help! Idle issue

Help??

So this morning I got the car out after like 3-4 weeks of been in the garage,
And it's idling weird, needle bounces between 1-2K RPM's
It drives fine, only does it at idle
First thing I noticed when I got to the car is that my throttle pedal was hard as fuck! I was like DAFUQ is going on here? Finally I step really hard and went down.
Started the car and the up and down idle issue started.
Last time I drove it back home it was raining like a mofo' all the way back, I'm not sure if this does something to do w the issue.

Any idea guys? Where should I start looking?

Car: 2002 ep3 K20a3 n/a
No CEL or any other warning lights.

sounds like a throttle cable issue.
they do go bad and ours travels a long way to get from our foot to the throttle body.

I would start there.

mine acted funny after my swap and I couldn't understand why Honda designed it to travel from drivers side to passenger side, back to drivers side. so I bought one off the internet from a 96 ek. it was basically a straight shot from my foot to the throttle body. I needed to mod the fitting at the fire wall.

no more throttle cable issues.
