Clutch adjustment

Okay so this is my second manual car I've ever owned, and my clutch catches the gears super high I pretty much have to let the clutch all the way out before it will catch the gear. How do I specifically adjust this to catch at say the middle of letting the clutch out?

Never came with a service manual, but since I ordered my new ignition coils and have to wait for them, I'm going to be trying this before work tomorrow. :)
