I want white rims on my Silver EP, how are these?

What kind of quality do u think these are? the tires and wheels? I want 17 white rims and came across these for a good price. Do u think they will look good on my EP? Also, i cant really tell, do u think there is too much tire there? I'm unsure of who makes the wheel, so I dunno how great they are or how much they weigh. The tire size is right for our cars, and balanced too? pretty good price. You should ask who makes the wheel.

EDIT: I guess Riim1(www.rim1.com) is the manufacturer, never heard of 'em. The same wheels on their site go for 350 no tires + 120 shipping. Tires are 73 each and add 50 for balancing. So 812 shipped if you order from their site and 745 shipped from their ebay auction.

as far as looks, they are so so. that hub part in the middle looks kinda cheap or something but i guess if u can get a good price it might be worth it if thats what you want.

Well, if i buy these rims, will i need to lower it to make them look right? I dont know what to do for lowering. I have never done any suspension mods to any of my cars. I dont want to spend alot of money and was hoping to get just springs. What would be the best for me?

well how low do you want to go? how much ride are you willing to sacrafice for looks? I would suggest the sportline springs. a good overall spring that lowers it, but not too slammed yet still maintains a decent ride

IMO, I think the rims will look decent, but you would be paying too much for it at that price.

On an additional thought, how can a specific color wheel get "played out"? I can understand maybe a specific style of wheel being used too much, but a color? Come on, thats just getting too picky, how many colors can you honestly choose from?

yeah, on this site black/gunmetal/gunmetal with polished lip is played out. But I guess over all he is talking about other sites. It used to be white was played out here in sa, but now it's black :) it changes all the time. Basically this guy should just get what he wants and not worry about other peoples comments....

That tire is a tad on the short side , Ideal would be 45 series as in 205/45/17

Also those wheels aren't very light
