Shifting problems

I have a 05 ep3 stock motor and trans i have a centerforce clutch im noticing my car nudging forward when i throw it in first it will do it once and than it wont do it again unless i pump the pedal and throw it in first again my car is also shift pretty rough i recently replaced the clutch transmission fluid cmc and clutch fluid still having this issue

solved? ive got the same problem its driving me nuts.
ive replaced the clutch and pressure plate, slave cylinder put in some mtf3 in the tranny and flushed the oil with dot 4.
its a little bit better now i can shift hard to 2nd but still its rough and same problem as the topic starter.

I know this is suuuuuper old but did you guys figure this out? Sounds exactly like my issue.
