AZ new 2003 si hb owner lots miles questions?

Just got me this beautiful blue unicorn
2003 civic si hatchback
-blue
-all stock
-185k miles

Hi guys I'm new to the k20 motors, this is my first ep3. Since it has a lot of miles I'm wondering what all will I have to repair soon/ adjust or replace? The car Is stock, so far I replaced my R lower ball joint and plan to change the steer tie rods as well since vibration. And I will change my serpentine soon since its torn, the car was well taken care of by dealership oil changes.

Is there any tips I need to know about maintenance. I am a diesel truck mechanic and I've owned Hondas for about 8 years plus, so I'm mechanically incline but I don't know how everything works, thanks for reading 😃

AZ huh? I think i have seen you around. You in mesa? I would redo the suspension if you have the money. Or just wait till it breaks. The A3 never brought me down. They usually have a lot of wiring/electrical stuff messing up eventually. I got 185k miles on mine. And it runs strong. You should be good motor wise till 230k if you take care of it.
