Alright, haven't posted in a while. I've got my '07 K24A2 all buttoned up and almost ready to install, but I've got a problem. Where I'm working on the engine is 30 miles from where I'll be installing it, and it now has an aluminum oil pan (which has almost no lip on it). So my question is, will the aluminum oil pan hold the weight of the engine for a drive of that distance? It has the intake and water pump on it, but no alternator, starter, tensioner, or PS pump.
