I think I'm having ABS issues when I drive more than about 68 mph my ABS and break light come on but at lower speeds if I break hard it goes down then a lil bit after it breaks harder and pushes back on the peddle

check your speed sensor it could be going bad

It does have 17's on it would that be enough to make the light come on?
