Help Needed: Type R Spoiler Install

[B]Hello everyone, I have recently acquired a real Type R spoiler. I have read around on the fourm on how to do so but since I'm a few years late, many of the videos showing how to do this are no longer available. If anyone could help me by telling me how to cut off the raised bits with pictures/videos, I would greatly appreciate it :)
