I just bought a new ep3 and I think it has a tune on it. Is there any way to find out if the ecu has been flashed already.

Depending on the year of your EP. You could try checking the Ecu to see if there has been any upgrades to it like a USB port.

I was working on the engine yesterday and I realized it has larger injectors than stock. Not sure what size yet. I will pull them this weekend and see. Also it looks like there is an aftermarket fuel rail.

I know from the person I bought it from said that the owner before him did some engine work. He has know idea if it has been tuned or not tho.

Any check engine light? Does It idles fine.

yes it has a CEL for the IACV and it seems to idle high around 1500. I took off the IACV and cleaned the hell out of it but it still idles high.

If its been reflashed or kpro'ed Hondata will know. They keep track, or at least they used to.

I bought a reflashed ecu. I called hondata to confirm it was indeed reflashed. Had no issues paying the difference to get it kpro'ed by hondata
