Door insert removal to reupholster

Anyone have any tips on removing the door inserts. All I've found is removing the door panel but nothing on removing the cloth insert.

That's one of the threads where they don't remove the entire panel, as I mentioned in my Facebook post. There are those who have done like the guy above did, vs. taking the entire panel out. There are also a couple of diys here on it, but all pics are gone, unfortunately. Not much traffic here these days.

Most just reupholster using 3m spray as the center section is not meant to be removed from the panel.
