Seems there isn't very many of the old timers left who still own or mod the EP3. I just hit 100k on my 05 a few months back.

well she isn't much, back story is my ex gf mom had the ep for a daily, she drove the crap out of it.....car had a bad oil leak going thru a quart a day.....she went like that for a 3 months before she made time for me to fix it....well got the vc gasket and vtec gasket done....fixed the major leak...but was still leaking from crank seal......but it was a super slow leak......at the time I had told her that I could hear the beginnings of rod knock at idle. well lets just say she made it another month and called me say she heard a loud tapping sound followed by a bang and smoke....... blew a hole smooth thru the block on number 2.....

in short she bought a new car and gave me the broken one.....which I took with a smile...

so on the hunt for a k24 to drop in and keep going......

its gotta be the highest milage 03 si Ive seen......319k and change.....

Good luck on the swap. Damn that's a ton of miles! I just hit 166k, but had a K20A swapped in last year.

just realized, the pic in the thread isnt OP...

Vintastic's ep is still pretty clean though
