So I haven’t been on here in about 8 years but if anybody can help me it’ll be one of y’all, hopefully.
My 05 started making a squealing/ rattling from my serp belt/ pulley area this morning. There was a brief burnt rubber smell with some smoke then it went away. Started to sound normal but about 10 miles down the road the car just dies, no noise this time. It just shuts off. My first guess would be a seized pump maybe. Any ideas?
