So I have a question i currently own a 04 ep3 bad title and a 03 ep3 shell. Im in the process of turning the 03 in to a 04 at the same time i was going to add type s suspension and possibly use the type s knuckle. I have heard that i will need type s tire rod ends regardless and also heard from motoiq (on a 03) that the type s has a larger stiffer hub bearing and would require using the type s axles.

So I have a few questions
1 since the 04 is 5 lug does it make a big difference to use the types s knuckle for just a stiffer bearing if that really true
2 How much if any is the car going to be lowered on the type s struts
3 would it be better off just getting inverted tire rod ends
4 is their really a good pro point in switching to type s brake rotors and calibers

the car will be use mostly on road course and back country roads and mountain driving

Yea man thanks i read that which is why I'm concerting the type s suspension as hopefully a decent up grade. If you watch this motoiq video https://motoiq.com/project-ep3-civic-si-why-the-suspension-sucks-and-how-to-fix-it/ he goes in to a lot for fixing the car for the track and around 16:40 he talks a bout the bigger bearing in the type s which is why I was asking if their is a difference between the 04 ep3 5 lug bearing and the type s 5 lug weather its significant or not.
