ok what do you guys think about this set up, i'll have it all done by september, i hope.
-Alpine Head unit(not sure which one, need some advice)
-Alpine 5 1/4 componets up front
-Alpine 5 1/4 mids in rear
-Alpine 480 Watt 4 channel
-Alpine 1500 Watt 2 Channel
-2 Alpine Type R 12's

i think the speaker size is 5 1/4 all around, but the fronts need some ajustment to fit, correct me if i'm wrong, thanks. i love alpine, as you can tell.

I only like Alpine decks and their V12's.... don't bother with the components.

hey i might have to email them or give them a call, that would be badass, as long as they don't make me cover the whole car in stickers, and there just tastefull stickers, that would be fine for me.

It's shame that you are gonna mod out your engine, only to stuff it with really heavy equipment.

Go with 6.5" components for the front and 6.5" 2 or 3 ways in the rear...fronts take minor trimming to fit, rears pop right in...i went with boston pro series 6.5" comps ft. and rr. sounds bad ass...

Where did you mount the tweet?

Putting it in the oe sail panel position keeps it looking clean, but the placement isn't that great. If you did mount it in the sail panel how hard was it to modify, do you have any pics?

thanks:D

I put my tweets in the stock location but, my deck has this sound lift function and it works awesome...took minor trimming in the tweet housing to fit...doors, thats another story...had to trim about 1/4-3/4" around to fit the aftermarkets in there...and yes the stocks are held in with some gay ass clips...about a 1oz. magnet on that beast...:p
