Hey, Ive been lurking on the forum for a while...

I have a silver EK that I bought as a project car but I decided I wanted something a little different...(and mid engined/turbocharged)

I went to a local honda dealership to check out the new SI (I really like them, dont care what other people say about it) anyways long story short there are way too many taxes and fees on a new car!!!

Im still in university so I had to get something used....I eventually found a yellow 91 MR2 Turbo...I worked out a deal with the owner to trade him my hatch + cash diff when the snow and salt is gone here in Canada...

How do EP hatches fit in? Well when im out of university and into my field ill buy an EP and keep the MR2 as a toy/weekend car...

Anyways, I hope to learn a lot about this hatch for if and when the time comes...

I was looking for a 91 MR2 before I bought my EP but I never found any for sale. You must have been lucky to locate one.
You'll enjoy the EP. I'm not sure if you'll like it more than the MR2 but the EP is pretty fun to drive.

90% of the weed USA smokes comes from Vancouver Island in Canada (theee mooooore youuuuuu knowwwwwww) Just so happens that Seattle is one of the first stops for them....I dont smoke anymore though - but if you do, its not a bad place to be....

If your MR2 is in good shape, I'll trade you. You pay half the payment of the EP, and I get the MR2. I'm an old MR2 nut from way back, I've owned 6 of them. Turbo and non-turbo. I miss the sound of my turbo(with the K&N FIPK) and the t-tops out. Not to mention the handling, I just hated sliding around in the leather seats. Here is a pic of my last 2.

Thats a really nice '2...at the moment I think ill be more then happy with the MR2 (im looking forward to the T-tops and turbo), I have a deal with current owner to have it delivered sometime in May...heres a pic when I went to see it this november

Another factor is insurance on a 2002 model car will be out of my reach for the next few years (where i live is tough for young guys)

oh and 100% of the stuff i get (even tho i dont do such things) is from a little island in the pacific.

I wouldn't mind having one myself, but insurance wouldn't like that a whole lot. They like seeing civic near my name. I can only imagine how hard it's going to be later on :( Welcome to the site. Hopefully we can get a fair amount of boosted members in time, hondas or not.

P.S. I'm gonna have to call B.S. on the 90% of bud from vancouver deal. Got any proof? Living close to the border, I find that kinda hard to believe. Lol, its really not an issue at all, i just wanna know for sure.
