In St.Louis, need advice.....

Hey people, I wanted to have some work done and wanted some advice. Does any body know of some good shops within a 200 mile radius of St.Louis? I was looking at some sportline springs and about the camber plates, why do the fronts cost around 50 and the rears are 125? Tire wear is very important to me.I like the k&n tyhoon sri and will what for the borla set up, I like the duel tips. Any help would be great!
