As a current/past Audi owner and a brand new honda owner (one week now!), I have to say I'd love one of those in my driveway (preferably the S3 though). Audis are awesome cars, and I'm gonna miss my quattro and heated seats once I sell my current one. Just a bit pricey for me to justify buying a german car these days when the my new ep is such a solid and fun car for so much less $$$!

It could grow on me, I just love the shape of the EP.

The front end looks strikingly similar to a Skyline.

Audi's engineering is awesome. I love S4's. Their Quattro system is great. My mom used to own an A6

The A3 is basically a tarted up Golf.

I would much rather have the BMW 3-Series Compact!

Yeah, it's the same platform as the golf, beetle, jetta, A4, TT, etc, etc...

Although with the A3 you'd be getting a much better suspension (all double wishbone indepentent instead of the lame torsion beam rear suspension on the golf), better shifter (linkage instead of cable, but still no comparison to a BMW shifter!), and of course quattro...

I'm just wondering how much people in the US would be willing to spend on a hatch! The GTI VR6 is already pushing $24k fully loaded, and VW is bringing the R32 here at around $30k. I think they might over-saturate their own market competing with themselves for luxury hatchbacks if they bring the audi badged one here too!!

lol SiR Medic, that thing looks like something I would see outside of a local Pep Boys with some "stunna" with a sideways hat and clothes 5 sizes too big asking if I want to race for some slips. Sorry, but just looking at the riced out one just makes me laugh a lot :D :D

Lancia is not French.

I got kicked out of a Lancia Dealership in Italy b/c they thought I was video taping people's liscense plates........when I was only videotaping the new cars in their showroom. They freaked out pretty good on me. Good thing I don't speak Italian.:angel:
