i say the exhaust is a waste of money, its only good for sound.
with 1200 i'd get...
cai 200
springs 150-200
tires 270-300
midpipe 60-80

and 400+ for wutever else u want.

I had roughly the same amt of money and here's what I went with

AEM CAI - $212 showstoppers
Greddy Evo - $497 showstoppers
Neuspeed X-Brace - $139 showstoppers
Ace Spade - $775 Wheelmax
JDM emblems - $70
Clarion 835 - $275
Infinity Components - $100

Stereo components were bought from money I made off selling my old one...next on the list is the drop with sportlines and spc camber kits from showstoppers.

SPC camber kit - $180.00 shipped from showstoppersusa.
as far as what i would do with 1200 i'd lower it with neuspeed race, and then not do anything for a while until i saved up some more, then maybe, a set of nice wheels/tires

:)

Look into Progress equipment. www.progressauto.com. I purchased the Progress springs and front & rear sway bars for about $500. You could get the DC Sports ceramic header from Showstoppers for $298 shipped. That leaves 400 for a CAI (Injen race division, I have a K&N though) and probably enough after that for tint. JMO

What about using half of that towards Hondata, instead of getting an exhaust. I was surprised that no one really mentioned it.
